Liability Waiver

Before we can schedule a visit for anybody to come to our home and visit our dogs and puppies, we need for all visitors to please fill out this Liability Waiver. We do this for our protection. We have never had any issues here but we do need to make sure we are protected. If you are bringing children under the age of 18, please fill out one for each of them. Sorry for any inconvenience and we hope you understand.
