We have a no refund policy. We only give refunds under certain situations. If you give a deposit and something happens to the puppies before you take possession then we will give you credit towards a similar puppy from a future litter. So please, make sure this is what you want before placing a deposit with us. Sometimes you could wait up to 1 year for a puppy since we cannot control mother nature. We feel this is reasonable since we spend a lot of time and energy with our dogs, puppies and customers.
